Symantec Corp, the cyber-security giant unveiled a new solution rooted on threat isolation technology that thwarts advanced email hits on the end-user devices. The solution, dubbed “Email Threat Isolation,” assists to guard users against credential theft, spear phishing, ransomware attacks, and account takeover, said the firm.
The email security solution with embedded threat isolation technology is developed to guard consumers against the sort of sophisticated email attacks that have happened to more common in the Cloud generation. Symantec CEO, Greg Clark, said, “Regardless of noteworthy attempts by our industry to identify and chunk email-borne risks, messaging stays the key vector for scams and malware within the enterprise.”
